Due diligence
If you have a site for sale, or are thinking of purchasing a site, we can provide due diligence advice, either based on an Ecological Constraints Survey, an Extended Phase 1 Habitat Survey or on a survey which has previously been commissioned on the site.
From this, we can provide you with an overview of the ecological risks associated with redevelopment of the site, the likely further survey work which will be required, including indicative timescales and costs, and a ‘worst-case scenario’ assessment of the indicative ecological costs associated with the site.
This allows you to plan your project, and budget accordingly for the ecological work, both financially and in terms of the timescales involved as many surveys are highly seasonal.
