Negotiating the planning system as it relates to ecology can be a difficult task. We can undertake all the required negotiations with your Local Planning Authority (LPA) and the relevant statutory bodies in order to ensure your planning applications are submitted with all the required ecological information. This will help to ensure that determination is not delayed by the ecological issues on the site.
Post-planning aspects we can help with include the negotiation and drafting of planning conditions, liaison with the LPA regarding Section 106 agreements, and ensuring all ecological planning issues are fully discharged as required.
We can also apply for protected species licences (which usually requires full planning permission to have been granted) and oversee their implementation, along with undertaking any monitoring work which is required on the site.
