Non-native invasive species

Non-native invasive species

Non-native invasive species can be a major problem on construction sites. The three main species that we recommend surveying for are:

* Japanese knotweed;
* Himalayan balsam; and
* Giant hogweed.

There are legal implications associated with having these species on your site, and we can provide surveys to map the location and extent of these species, and offer mitigation advice to assist with eradication.
